Return Policy

  • We accept returns for a full store credit only; there will be no refunds sent back to a card.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • All damage claims must be reported within three days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original box and sent inside an additional protective shipping box or polymailer. 
  • All returns must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and have all the original tags attached. Any returns received with makeup stains, pet hair, deodorant stains, or smell like smoke will be refused and sent back to you and are subject to a $10 shipping charge. 
  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
  • PLEASE NOTE: All items bought on the website can only be returned to the website. They may not be returned or exchanged in store.

Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the item you purchased will still be available in the size you need when we receive it back. Therefore, we do not do even exchanges. So, we suggest going ahead and purchasing the item you want to ensure you get your size and waiting for your store credit to be applied to your account for something else. 


Returns

  • Please refer to our return policy above to ensure your return meets the standards prior to returning. Returns that do not meet all criteria will not be accepted and additional postage of $10 will have to paid to have them returned to you. 
  • Please click here to print and fill out your return form and then include it in your package along with the item(s) you are returning. 
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be processed. After it is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.
